Not sure? We've got you covered.
What's the shipping policy?
We ship Chuck sticks across Canada.
We generally ship with UPS, Canpar, and GLS on their standard timelines. It's their estimate, not our promise, but we get orders out fast because we know you ordered these to actually eat them.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it goes out standard, no charge. Under that threshold, you'll see the option at checkout to pay for standard or upgrade to expedited.
We aim to have orders go out the next business day, which means once you hit "place order," it's already moving. We can't cancel or change an order after that.
Once your package leaves our hands, you'll get a tracking email. If the courier marks it delivered and it's gone missing from your porch, that's between you and them, but email us and we'll help however we can to sort it out.
Double check your address at checkout. We ship where you tell us to, so if it's wrong, we can't fix that after the fact.
Weather, strikes, and the general chaos of Canadian winters are out of our hands once a package is with the courier. We'll help where we can, but we don't control the mail.

What's the return policy?
We stand behind Chuck. If you're not into it, we want to know.
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Once it's opened, we can't take it back. That's a food safety thing, not us being difficult.
If something arrives damaged or just wrong, tell us within 7 days. Send a photo and we'll sort you out with a replacement or refund. No need to ship anything back to us.
Shipping costs aren't refundable, and if you're returning something because you changed your mind, that return shipping is on you. We're not charging restocking fees though. That's never felt right to us for beef sticks.
Bought Chuck from a store instead of eatchuck.com? Go back to them first, they know their own return process. If that doesn't work, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
We reserve the right to say no to abuse of this policy, but that's rare and not how we want to operate.
Email allan@eatchuck.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
